RALLY is predicated on the principle of collective impact to tackle large scale social issues involving multiple stakeholders. Our function is to facilitate collaboration among partners to improve educational outcomes within their community. Programs and initiatives often work independently and disconnected from other organizations with similar missions, and despite everyone’s best efforts, no single organization can create the type of large-scale, systematic change students need in our region. As partners rallying together, we can encourage coordinated action, share information and knowledge, and help one another succeed.
RALLY helps develop the following:
All partners share a vision for change with a common understanding of the problem and a joint approach to solving the problem.
All partners agree on the ways success will be measured and reported with a short list of common indicators identified and used for learning and improvement.
Our partners meet in teams to coordinate activities and reinforce their plan of action.
All partners engage in frequent and structured communication to build trust and collaborate on their plan of action.
Staff dedicated to the initiative provide ongoing support by guiding the initiative’s vision and strategy, supporting aligned activities, establishing shared measurement practices, advancing policy, and mobilizing resources.
