Onboarding Guide
A detailed walkthrough of setting up your Rally account for success.
1. Brand Profile
Your brand profile helps Rally understand who you are and find relevant opportunities.
Brand Name
Your company or creator name as it appears on TikTok.
Niche / Industry
Select your category: Beauty, Fitness, Tech, Fashion, Food, etc. This helps Rally understand your space.
Target Audience
Describe who you're trying to reach. The more specific, the better Rally can match opportunities.
2. Voice & Tone
This is how Rally will write comments for you. Be specific — it makes a big difference.
"Friendly and casual, like texting a friend. Use slang occasionally. Emojis are fine."
"Professional but warm. No emojis. Focus on being genuinely helpful."
"Energetic and enthusiastic. Gen-Z vibes. Keep it short and punchy."
"Be nice" — doesn't tell Rally how
"Sound professional" — means different things to different brands
"Be engaging" — engaging how?
3. Monitoring Keywords
Tell Rally what to watch for. These determine which posts get surfaced to you.
# Hashtags: #skincare #selfcare #glowup
# Topics: morning routine, product reviews, skincare tips
# Creators: @beautyguru, @skincarebysarah
Tip: Start with 5-10 focused keywords. Too broad = noise. Too narrow = missed opportunities. You can always adjust later.

└──────────────┘Pro Tips for Setup
Be specific with your voice. The difference between "casual" and "casual like I'm texting my best friend, with occasional emojis" is huge.
Include example comments. If you have comments you've written before that worked well, share them. Rally learns from examples.
Start narrow, then expand. Better to start with 5 high-quality hashtags than 50 random ones.
Exclude competitors. Add competitor accounts to your exclusion list so Rally doesn't surface their content.
